Can I be a moderator?
Moderator applications are currently open, however, there isn't an application yet.
I saw a player with a colored mouse! How can I change my mouse's color?!
Fur colours/patterns are still under development. You may have seen a beta tester! Please be patient while we figure out how to upgrade our version!
I've found a hacker! How can I report them?
You must report them to an online moderator! Type /mods to see a list of online mods!
When do my firsts/saves/cheese/stats start to count?
Firsts - 10 mice plus the shaman
Rounds - 2 mice
Saves - 3
Cheese - 2
Note: Every mouse needs to be on a different IP! Logging in 10 alts will not get you any firsts.
I have a really awesome suggestion for the game, how may I share it?

I have found a bug/glitch, how can I report it?
You can posts bugs in the Bugs subforum (coming soon!). Before posting check the Bugs List to see if it has already been noted.
I cannot connect to the server/the game isn't loading! Help!
Please retry loading the game in about ~15-30 minutes. If you are still experiencing issues please visit the Bugs subforum to check if others have reported downtime. If not, post in this thread: (Coming Soon!)
What are minigames?
Minigames are bot controlled, unofficial, games.
What are sentinels and how can I become one?
Sentinels are forum moderators; they have no powers ingame.
The best way to become a sentinel is to generally be active, friendly and helpful on the forums as they are picked by staff. Keep an eye out in the Discussions subforum; Sentinel applications are currently being accepted, however, we do not have an application yet!
How can I play Miceforcheese using fullscreen?
Right now, you can't!
Can I change my password?
You can change your password by choosing the 'Change my password' option in the in-game "Menu" button.
A player is annoying me. What should I do?
You can mute a player by using the command /ignore <username>. You will no longer receive whispers nor chat messages from them until you re-login. If you feel they are being extremely abusive please consult a moderator.
Can you create a community for my country?
Communities are created if there are enough users from that country playing Miceforcheese. The admins have access to very precise stats, so if there is a need for a community for your country, it will be created!
How many times do I need to be banned for it to become permanent?
There is no longer a set amount of ban hours required for a permanent ban. Permanent bans are given out where appropriate.
How many cheese do I need for title X?
A list of titles and the requirements for unlocking them can be found here.
How do I customize my signature?
Click 'profile' at the top, the 'Modify Profile' then there should be an empty box that says 'Signature' next to it, type your signature there and you are done!
How do I get an avatar?
Click 'profile' at the top, the 'Modify Profile' then there should be a button with a pull down that says 'Avatar'!
What are tribes?
Tribes are small groups of friends. They have a private chat and other interesting features such as ranking and a tribe house! Head over to the Tribes section to find out more information about Tribes.
How do I join a tribe?
If you want to join an already existing tribe, you must be recruited by someone who has recruiting powers in the tribe. You can go to that specific tribes thread (if they have one) and read their requirements and who to talk to!
How can I contact a Moderator?
You can find a list of online mods by typing /mods in-game!
How can I contact a Sentinel?
You can contact a Sentinel by whispering one in-game or sending them a private message through these forums! We will also soon have an IRC set up soon, so keep in-touch!
